The district is encompassed by 4th Street N, 5th Avenue N, Tampa Bay, and 30th Ave N. It contains 2975 historic buildings. The neighborhood is close to shopping, plenty of dining options, parks, and city landmarks. It also has been featured in the “Great Homes and Destinations” section of the New York Times.

“The Pink Streets”

The Pinellas Point Neighborhood, also known as The Pink Streets, is a desirable neighborhood at the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and Pinellas County. The name “The Pink Streets” comes from the streets actually being pink!  The color is a beautiful muted pink that actually goes well with the surrounding landscape.  This neighborhood is surrounded by water and features a large waterfront park.

Placido Bayou neighborhood is a gated community consisting of 361.61 acres.  Known for being a secure and gated community with several preserve areas and various kinds of wildlife and wild birds of all kinds, this is a very desireable St. Petersburg community.

“Beautiful 275-Acre Island”

Snell Isle neighborhood was founded in October of 1925. Snell Isle is a beautiful 275-acre island in Northeast St Petersburg. It consists of hundreds of homes with open bay, or deep-water access to Tampa Bay. Centering Snell Isle Boulevard, the street is named after local developer C. Perry Snell (1869–1942). In 1926, Snell also opened on Snell Isle the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club and Resort which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Shore Acres neighborhood is located in St. Petersburg, FL.  If you like a coastal setting, this neighborhood may be to your liking. The Shore Acres neighborhood is on the ocean, a bay, or inlet.  A desirable location attractive to residents and visitors alike. In addition to being coastal, the Shore Acres neighborhood is very nautical, meaning that it is somewhat historic, walkable, densely populated and on the water.   Centrally located, the greatest number of commuters in Shore Acres neighborhood spend between 15 and 30 minutes commuting one-way to work, which is shorter than the time spent commuting to work for most Americans.

Tierra Verde was once 15 islands covered with mangroves, pines and bush. These islands ranged in size from only a few acres over 289 acres.  The 15 original islands are now the present 6 areas of Tierra Verde: Monte Cristo, Entrada, Pinellas Bayway, Sands Point, East Shore (Bayview) and West Shore (Oceanview).

Tierra Verde is a 667-acre unincorporated portion of Pinellas County. Both St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach have bid for annexation, but Tierra Verde voted to stay independent.   In 1980 Tierra Verde real estate was valued at $15 million and by 1991 values had soared to $304 million. In November 1996 the Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s Office evaluated Tierra Verde property at $349 million, 1999 values were listed at $478 million and in 2003 values are listed at $632 million.

Venetian Isles neighborhood offers waterfront homes with private docks and lovely water views. The deepwater water canals were intended for both powerboat and sailboat access. The excellent waterfront homes of Venetian Isles are based on a man-made islands associated by a series of bridges. Venetian Isles is located on the west of the Tampa Bay and North of the famous neighborhoods of Shore Acres and Snell Isle. The Venetian Isles neighborhood is a perfect area for workers. The community offers easy access to both downtown St. Petersburg and the highways to Tampa.
